We offer a turn key service which includes viewing the property, negotiations, contracts and payments. We will be there from the start to the end of the process. We also have a team of lawyers, architects, builders & logistical help if needed.

Meeting

As with many European countries we operate as follows. Meeting with us to go over your criteria and speak about your requirements is a cost to you of $50, which is fully refundable if you purchase a property through us.

Commission

 In sourcing your perfect Koh Rong property, we charge a low three percent commision. This fee enables us to efficiently conduct all due diligence seamlessly and efficiently in accordance with Cambodian law.
