Koh Rong Master Plan – This is the main master plan and it shows the full layout for Koh Rong Island. The airport location is now cemented in the master plan and we should see some major development at the Koh Rong airport in the coming years. The Koh Rong Airport is currently being developed, although there is not a firm completion date as yet.
The main arterial road is mostly complete, and you can drive on the sealed road to approximately 80% of the island. The majority of the beaches and villages on Koh Rong are now connected to the mainland electricity grid and there is a lot more infrastructure currently being built.
